Returns and Exchanges
Butters-N-Bars guarantees your complete satisfaction with every
purchase of our Shea butter and Black Soap products. If you are not
100% pleased with your purchase, please return it within 3 business
days from time of receipt of your order for a replacement shipment
or a refund less shipping charges.
You may return or exchange only in accordance with Butters-N-Bars'
return policy in effect on the date of the invoice or acknowledgment.
Any returns or exchanges will be made in accordance with
Butters-N-Bars' exchange policies in effect on the date of the return
or exchange.
You must contact us directly using the 'Contact Us' form before you
attempt to return Product to obtain a Return Authorization Number
for you to include with your return. You must return Product to us in
their original or equivalent packaging. You are responsible for risk of
loss, shipping and handling fees for returning or exchanging
Product. You will be credited the full amount paid for the order on
receipt of the return.
